Acceptance
By accessing or using Tuddy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are intended for Tuddy’s early soft-launch stage and should receive legal review before a broader public launch.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.
Permitted use
Use Tuddy for personal fantasy-sports research and decision support. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell its content without permission, upload harmful material, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Fantasy sports information
Tuddy provides information and tools to help users make their own fantasy-sports decisions. It does not make decisions for you and does not guarantee player performance, fantasy outcomes, rankings, projections, or the availability or accuracy of any data. You remain responsible for your own choices.
Third-party services and data
Some features may use third-party platforms, league connections, or data providers. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside Tuddy’s control. Tuddy may change or remove integrations when necessary.
Intellectual property
Tuddy, its design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of Tuddy or permission to use its materials beyond personal use of the service.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Tuddy, or the service. We may also change, pause, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here.
Disclaimers and limits
Tuddy is provided on an as-available basis during this early-stage release. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
