Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Tuddy handles information when you use our fantasy-football intelligence service. It is written for Tuddy’s early soft-launch stage and should receive legal review before a broader public launch.

Information we collect

We may collect account information you provide, including your email address, display name, username, and other profile details. If you choose to connect a fantasy league or platform in the future, we may process the league, roster, scoring, and account information needed to provide that connection.

We may also receive technical and usage information, such as pages visited, feature interactions, device or browser information, IP-address-derived general location, and diagnostic information. We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and help understand how Tuddy is used.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure Tuddy, authenticate accounts, maintain your saved preferences and workspace, provide requested league-connected features, improve the service, respond to support requests, and communicate service-related messages.

Service providers

Tuddy may rely on service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, transactional email, analytics, and related infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Tuddy.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active or as otherwise needed to operate the service. You can request deletion through Account settings. Deleting an account permanently removes the Supabase Auth account and the user-owned Tuddy records currently connected to it through database deletion rules. Some limited operational records may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may update profile information, manage certain preferences, and request account deletion through Tuddy. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of personal information. Contact us to make a request.

Changes

We may update this policy as Tuddy evolves. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
